Beadle County Health will be holding a flu vaccine clinic at the school on Tuesday, November 22. If you want your child to receive a flu vaccine, a consent form must be completed and returned along with a copy of insurance card. Forms must be returned to the school by Tuesday, November 17. No late consent forms will be accepted. Consent forms can be found HERE or picked up in the school office.
